I would like to announce that I've managed to infiltrate Concord.
I've discovered some highly detailed documents on Dust corporations, and even individual Mercenaries.
Concord has declared it's to risky to leave the new mercenary corporations of New Eden unsupervised. Starting March 31st all high profile mercenaries will be heavily monitored by Concord. There will be extensive records kept on all of the top #100 Corporations, as well as the top Mercenaries within the ranks of these Corporations.
Having insider access to Concords information data banks I'll keep an eye on what Concord produces during the next few weeks as a result of their new monitoring, and give you all an update.
These are some of the documents I've come across while searching their databases, it seems some are a little dated but they should give you an idea of what Concord has been up to. They have even been ranking Corporations based on the perceived danger they could pose to Galactic stability.
Map of the alliances that pose a serious threat. This one is a bit old. http://i.imgur.com/TCKCHmQ.jpg
A closer look at the real makeup of CRONOS. 1460 members with an avg K/D of ~3 is a serious cause for alarm. http://i.imgur.com/zwjZMOU.jpg
Concord has been monitoring CRONOS in a little bit more detail over the last two weeks. It seems they think they are the biggest threat to planetary stability at this point. I can't verify if this data is in fact correct. It may have been a test in preparation for the March 31st tacking date.

Perhaps the most alarming thing I found was an extremely detailed dossier on SI. It seems Concord has been keeping an eye on who the most dangerous Mercs are within your Corporation.

This is a new era for the Mercenaries of Dust. The vast network of Concord will be monitoring everything you do. If your Corporation becomes less active it will be noticed immediately, and that information could be sold to rivals. If you lose a few of your core players that don't have a big profile it will now be known by every hostile Corporation minutes later. If it's noticed some star Mercenaries don't ever get WP on certain days that could be packaged and sold to a Corporation trying to find the opportune time to strike.
This is a warning to everyone, but also an opportunity for many.
Also be aware I'm always looking for inside information, if you have information you want to sell contact me at [email protected]

The primary reason for this post was to inform you that large scale player/Corporate observation is going to begin. The information I found didn't really have any tactical or useful applications so I just posted what I found here to stir up some interest in what is going on. As for the quality of the information I can only say that it was a Concord document, perhaps even a mock document in preparation for the massive upcoming initiative.
I don't know exactly why CRONOS and SI were picked as a sample, to be clear this is not going to be a selective process. From the documents I've seen it looks like every single major Corporation will all be monitored and reports drawn up. I suspect the information may actually hold value when it's gathered over a period of time, instead of just a snapshot of one moment like the previous documents.
Anyone can get on the leaderborads and see who is sitting where, and what Corporations have the most WP, the questions that are more important is how active are their top players, how is their overall recent corporate activity ect. This information is easy enough to gather on your own if you want to, however a full month disclosure of that information for a small fee might be preferable for some of the more busy CEO's. |

Regarding the mistakes in the documents, I suspect they had an intern mock it up.
My information on ONS says that they are still indeed a member of ROFL. It appears ONS is not 'officially' in the alliance due to a standings problem that has yet to be properly resolved. This intel was gathered around the time ONS left ROFL, I no longer know if this is the reason for their continual exclusion from the Alliance, it's something I should look into. |

While you are at it could you please find out where all the directors that stole my money are? I plan on infiltrating their merc quarters and stealing my money back. I have no money now but once I get my money back I will make you a director and you can take your fee from there. I trust you will be honest about it .
Even if I tracked down all the thieves and you managed to get the money back into your Corporation, it would probably all be stolen again by your current thieving directors before I got my fee. |

Due to the relatively high amount of resources required to monitor a group of this size naturally some will fly under the radar.
From what I can gather from Concord reports I've seen if you are in a Corporation that has yet to accumulate 5 Million Warpoints you nor your Corporation are deemed a threat. I suspect they are assuming any dangerous group will have accumulated at least 5 Million Warpoints. New Corporations may fly under the radar for a bit with the system they have implemented, but once PC starts I assume they will be working with much better metrics. |
